Junto a más de 80 organizaciones y personalidades de todo el mundo presentamos una carta a la Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Educación, la Ciencia y la Cultura (UNESCO) con motivo de su actual desarrollo de una política de acceso a la información.
En este sentido, instamos a esta organización a que publique un borrador de su política de acceso a la información tan pronto como sea posible, en lugar de tratar de llegar a un consenso interno antes de su publicación, momento en el que el documento sería indebidamente “fijo” o definitivo para que la consulta sea genuina. A su vez, nos comprometemos intensamente a estar a disposición durante el proceso de consulta con miras a asegurar que la política final sea lo más sólida posible.
